Power semiconductor designer and developer Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Ltd (AOS) of Sunnyvale, CA, USA is exhibiting its 650V and 750V silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET platform for industrial and automotive applications and its complete line of advanced power management solutions in booth #810 at the Applied Power Electronics Conference (APEC 2023) in Orlando, FL, USA (20–22 March).
Specifically, AOS has expanded its SiC MOSFET portfolio with new 650V/750V/1200V SiC MOSFETs for industrial and automotive applications. The new 650V/750V MOSFETs are AEC-Q100 automotive qualified and deliver what is claimed to be industry-leading RDS(ON) ranges from 15mΩ to 500mΩ.
