MA-tek to set up another IC inspection lab in Japan – DIGITIMES

IC inspection lab Materials Analysis Technology (MA-tek) has disclosed plans to establish a third Japanese location in Hokkaido, in addition to its current facilities in Nagoya and Kumamoto.
